I want a cheap and cheerful CMS site ste up for a couple of friends who are try to promote the use of NON plastic bags by traders in their town.
Obviously, this is a not for profit venture, hence the small budget.
They need to be able to add text and images via the web in the same way that they could with blogspot for example, but there also needs to be several pages (about, contact, plasticbagfree shops, etc) as opposed to just one rolling blog.
I have plenty of free space on GoDaddy so ideally I would like it put there.
One of you will have some script that will do the job.
