Video Script Installation and Modification

Hello-

This is my second time posting project. Please read the description carefuly before bidding so that you won't be wasting my time.

I currently own a video hosting website similar to youtube. I need the following done-

1. Backup database currently on my site (site does not use clipshare but similiar database structure)

2. Install clip share 4.0

3. Install the following [login to view URL] on my site.

4. Restore, insert data from old database - videos, users into the new database

5. Install a new flv player like [login to view URL] on the website. The player must have features like hulu, if you have any other player in mind that will work, let me know of that as well.

6. Optomize the conversion process on the site so that the videos are of high quality on playback.

This is not a real complicated project for someone who knows what they are doing, if you have never done this type of work please do not bother bidding.

Developers bidding under $300 will most likely get it. I will escrow half payment upon begining of the project and escrow the remaining upon successfull completion. Once I send you the full payment, you can give me the admin username and password.

EDIT: I have found the hulu player so there is no need for that.

Now I just want clipshare installed with template, the flv player installed and configured. My original database (users and videos) dumped into the new site and configuring the site so that the conversion process creates high quality videos.
