Complete my website - small items

I have some minor items I need completed for my website to go live. They are: 1. Add cron jobs in c panel (the script is already there) 2. Add some javascript code into the site for advertising 3. Fix the alignment on my site so the advertising aligns with the rest of the sections 4. Fix some minor look and feel issues (alignment of buttons, hyperlinks etc..) 5. Fix some text in a notification banner These are small items but i cannot go live without them. I need a website developer who is familiar with PHP and Yii. Thanks
