Add features to a pre-existing PHP website

We're looking to add features to a pre-existing website built on the PHP based Kohana Platform. The features and functionalities that we are looking for are as follows:
- Facebook(currently used but want to pull more information upon connection), LinkedIn and Google+ integration
- Gmail and iOS calendar integration
- Verification process with corresponding emails (user, email address, credit card)
- Redesigned photo gallery and image upload process (photo editing added such as scaling, rotating, cropping)
- On-site notifications for messages and transactions
- Adding a comment section to an already built review functionality
- Differentiation of post transaction types (ex: buy vs. sell)
- Integrate PayPal in the payments section that is already built out
- Add an extra filter to our list page
- Incorporate a 'was this helpful' functionality on our faq page
