Looking for an app to be developed for our customers to place orders and the details of the orders will be picked up by the user who performs the task and complete the order as per client's requirements. When user completes the order, he will submit it back to the customer with additional notes and attachments. This will be more of form bases app and we should have backend database to store the data. Also our app should connect via API and can push data into Customer's production software
