Build a NFL stats website

I need to develop a website that shows statistics of NFL games historically and players (data already in a SQL database). The website should offer a subscription based model that allows to see statistics.

I would need the source code once develop as it will be hosted internally.

Something along the lines:

Some of the features should include:

A) user login and registration with email.

B) Subscription model with credit card acceptance -> requires automated invoicing, logging into proprietary billing Database, automated payments to bank accounts

C) administration dashboard showing user statistics and overview of activity, ability to add games and players manually.

D) graphic design and logo

E) illustrating pictures of players and teams
