I need to post an XML file to a specific URL.

The XML file is created manually by me, everyday, on my computer

I need you to build a widget that has the option to upload the XML from my computer and post it to a given URL.

I will only hire you if you done such a thing in the past.

The price tag is 40$ and it needs to be done today.

Anyone asking for a different price (or time table), will not be considered.
