Create an ebook shop as plugin for different websites with newsletter-system

The project consists of three basic parts.
FIRST: a backend where authors can upload their ebooks (ePub format, must be validated by the site), enter / edit meta information like description, price etc. and get an overview of their sales data.
SECOND: a frontend shop that can be included transparently into any kind of Website, either via iFrame (user configurable colours and sizes) OR via plugin (Wordpress). Both ways must be provided by you. Website owner can configure which ebooks should be shown on his shopping site. Whereever the shop is included, customers have to register only once at our site. Payment is handled too; sales are recorded in the backend of Item 1. The owner of the website receives order confirmations with anonymized data of the customer and a re-coded email address of the customer that he can use to reach the customer (if the customer has given his permission).
THIRD: a newsletter system that receives re-coded emails from website owners and sends them to the customers, after including our own additional text. Other website owners can buy space in those emails sent out by the system.
