Custom Auction & Deal Ecommerce Module or Stand Alone Script

I am looking for either a custom module for opencart or a standalone php script that can run auctions and deals. There is one main feature that is required that I have not been able to find with pre-existing modules and scripts, I need the auctions and deals to run as short as 15 minutes. I would like to pre-setup all the listings (like you are able to do with sales in opencart, but again based off of 15 minute intervals) and have them say ENDED when over and then auto change to the next deal or auction within 30 seconds of it ending.
I would also like some 'graphical' colors to flash as the time is ending and when someone buys or bids (to entice people to bid or buy) as well as a LIVE inventory # that changes when a item is bought or the price as its being bid on.
