We are looking an experience freelancer who has already worked on ticketnetwork web services and have developed a dynamic site using dot net or php.
developer needs to build the site for the sandbox approval initially and then deploy the site and implement caching to make sure site is fast enough.
a back end cms is also needed to new page creation and existing page modification. a system where we can define pretty urls(SEO friendly).
Developer needs to expose the APIs as well to develop native apps (android/iOS)
