Extract Images and text from PDF file

Hi there, i have a pdf document with over 200 pages. the pdf contains products from one of my suppliers. i require the following done
create an excel file with the following column headings:
Product code:
Product Name:
Description:
Product Image:
then from the pdf file i need the items extracted and listed in the excel file accordingly. must take into account html coding when copying and pasting text into excel as this information will become distorted when uploading to my website.
the images also need to be extracted and named according to the product code.
