Fix the jquery for input data and update the data into the database

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in php and jquery. I have got a problem with the code because the freelancer I hired did not write the code correctly. I have to rewrote the code to make a clean fresh start which is more easy to read. I have got a problem with the subject options because when I select on the newsletter type and campaign name, it will not input the list of subjects that I have fetching from the database. The problem I believe is something to do with the jquery. When you fix it, I want you to search and fetch the data from the tracking2 table after when you select on the start and end date to track for the data. This is the job I need you to work on index.php. And I also need you to work on [login to view URL] because I have got a problem with update and insert the data in the sent table. I want to find the subject and campaign name in the database that match with the variables so when the data is found, I want to update it but on my code when the data is found it will insert the data in the database. What I want to achieve is if the data is found, update the value for delivered in the sent table but if the data is not exist in the database then I want to insert the data in the sent table. If you can be able to do both jobs for $30 that will be great. When you are done, please send me the link of your site for me to take a look for [login to view URL] and also please send me the TV/screenshot for sent database update.
