Form to PDF: Website form data to downloadable PDF with the original form data in it.

Hi gentlemen and ladies,

we need a solution that collects form data from our website and automatically creates a downloadable pdf with the initial data from the web form in it.

One more thing: We don't just need it for this one form and PDF. What we want is a plugin (maybe a modified wordpress plugin, etc.) that we can modify for different forms to produce other PDFs as well (visa application forms for multiple countries). The ideal thing for us would be if we could use Contact-Form-7 or something similar that then connects to the PDF form creator.
