Implement Location Selection / Detection

I am needing something fairly simple done with my website. The goal is to determine where visitors are from using geolocation (or other methods could be fine). Once it is determined they are from, for example, Kansas City, then their location will be set for that city. If you look at my website, [url removed, login to view], you will see in the locations there are two menus, one called "Service". Currently, I have two different service pages to serve each location.
The big goal is to rewrite the homepage URLs to match the visitors city OR at the minimum make a popup that asks them to select a location (I think this would take a lot less time)
