Inventory Management with Ebay and Amazon in PHP and MySQL Database

I am looking for a developer on the Inventory Management which need to sync with the Ebay and Amazon
Inventory Management will have information about the Products, Order, customers, and sales per month reports
The user should be able to select the create/update/delete the products, Categories, Orders.
Below are some things need to be considered :
1) categories need to populated from the Ebay/Amazon based on the dropdown selection
2) We need to mention min number of items in Ebay as 5 ( this needs to configurable
3) the price of the product need to be calculated based on the commission from ebay /amazon and postage ( will be provided at the time of development)
Sync with Ebay/Amazon.
1) The items need to be in sync with the Ebay and Amazon when a new product is added in th Inventory Management application ( select the sync item check box for the item to be shown in the ebay and Amazon.
2) once the item is sold in the Ebay and Amazon, they Inventory management application should be replicated with the customer information and number of items sold.
