Need server security audit with suggested solutions for hacked sites

We are a hosting reseller, we have many shared VPS servers, most of which have not had any security concerns in the past. However, two of our servers seem to be having issues with site hacks.
Sites on these servers are being infiltrated constantly; on a daily basis. Many of these sites are running the Wordpress or Joomla CMS. We have tried removing hacks from the sites, and updating the CMS framework and plugins. We have tried paying the initial hosting provider (Hostwinds) to properly configure the server firewall. Nothing seems to keep these hacks from reappearing.
What we're looking for, is someone who understands site hacks to take a look at our server, and to verify that everything is setup properly, and to hopefully resolve any security issues or vulnerabilities that may be causing these sites to become compromised so easily.
We're also possibly interested in having these sites cleaned and scanned for malware.
