These are the main functions my website needs to have. I added a jpg

The two man sections, video classes is where YouTube videos will be located and searchable by topic, date, etc.

Video Homework section are the videos the website is selling.

There need to be a visitor count displayed.

And each of the video sections need to give an option to give an opinion in stars and display a running average and the number of opinions cumulatively for each video and for all videos on each side.

I would like the background black/dark and the letters white.

Oh, and the website needs to allow each user select their language and default to the language of the country where their IP address is.I want to do it in wordpress is this possible and send me quote please
