New Corp Website with PHP

I am looking for a revamp and clean up of [login to view URL] -- I DO NOT WANT A TEMPLATE - I would like to use the existing php code and add pages and grapghics - I also expect that who ever wins this bid will be able to meet the deadline they provided.

I want the pages laid out in a clean manner and look sharp. I can supply images and, text, and content --

We use Modernbill for billing on Windows solutions

We use Alabanza control panel and billing for Linux

Our Windows server uses PLESK as a control panel
