Newsletter Sending: email and admin management

Following project requirements:
- writen in PHP with MySQL DB
- installed on our site
- test page with: links to add new or remove email address:
date set of creation and password with "remember term" text to be added by member
old (emails now initially imported via Excel export file will NOT have "remember term" to add or delete their email address
Administrative Functions:
- admin "hidden" link with password login (could be hardcoded)
- be able to see all emails (in groups of eg 100 with next capability) and see specific email address information with "remember term" its passwords to change and or delete and its email address
- input field to "past" the html text (exported from Word) to send.
- test send newsletter to selected or predefined email account (could be fixed)
- be able to set the "sender" email and "reply-TO" email address
- loop over bursts on settable "n" emails in a row and time to continue with the next "n" emails again.
