Nopcommerce Developers ONLY - Fix bug when adding or editing customer addresses

Developer needs to have his own environment for testing and programming.

When we try to edit or to add a customer address in our NopCommerce store we get the following error.

Server Error in '/' Application.

The model item passed into the dictionary is of type '[url removed, login to view]', but this dictionary requires a model item of type '[url removed, login to view]'.

we have a custom plugin called "Rapid Registry" that does the client registration with only a Tax ID (Brazilian social security or CPF) and his email and phone number to speed up client sign up to see prices in our store.

I think the "rapid registration" is breaking the the client because the DB does not get a "required" field!
