Online booking and management system for a valet car parking

What is needed?
I own a car parking where we need a new booking system in the near future since our current system is based on a hotel booking website and the backend is fully encrypted so we cannot change anything there.
What do we need?
A reservation management system hosted on our webserver, opensource.
Frontend:
A great looking reservation system with availability check,pricing, and be prepared for future online payments.
Backend:
Reservation report with:
- A list of cars arriving today and be able to check other days or day range and be able to sort on arrival time.
- A monthly report
- A calendar view availability overview
- A calendar view where to be able to change availability for a specific date.
Pricing:
- Be able to add pricing per day like : 1d=20 2=20 3=25 4=30 5=35
- Be able to add high/ low seasons pricing by a specific date
Availability check
We have approx 80 parking spots(60 inside/ 20 outside), it is valet service so we park the cars. Therefore is no need to let each booking be assigned to a specific place, if 50 inside places booked for a night there will be 10 available.
People can only book if there is place available.
User management
It will be great to have user management, Add VIP places with privilege for some places, let peope be able to cancel or change their booking, again there has to be a availability check again.

I am hoping the have the system online in the beginning of 2019.
