I am required to send a report every two hours to certain people. Sometimes i forget and carry on with other tasks. I would like to set up something like an alert in outllook that if i dont send this email every two hours to certain address an alert will come up in outlook. I also copy my self in the email so i recieve a copy so the alert could be also that if i dont receive this email every two hours something like an alert comes up. i dont know how to set it up in outlook
