My Wordpress website is for teachers of English. We register the teachers as agency workers. We want the teachers to enter certain information online using their own chosen usernames and passwords. This will be basic personal registration data, for instance name, date of birth, qualifications, skills, work preferences etc. They can check the data and modify it at will, but this will only need to be done occasionally. My company needs unrestricted access to all data, which of course must be held securely, presented both for individuals and in aggregated form. This is step 1.
Step 2 is adding availability data (days and times) when the teacher can work. Teachers will need to keep this data regularly updated.
Step 3 will be a separate registration facility for our clients (schools).
Step 4 creates a query process for registered clients whereby they can identify available teachers for a particular date/time or range of dates/times, using keys such as teacher skills or years of experience to narrow the range of eligible candidates.
Only Step 1 is required at this stage, but the other steps are a firm requirement which we would expect to commission when satisfied with the first work.
