I run a website using wordpress and woocommerce and suspect that the plugins are slowing it down badly, yes, I know 70 plugins is a lot, but... . Sometimes it takes 60 seconds to load a page,. but today it's down to about 28s.

I would like to work with a developer who can debug the site , identify the bottlenecks (and fix) any Javascript files which are clashing or causing the issues which may need combining?. This could also be config errors on https or images. Some file configs are causing the site to show insecure on some browsers even though it's got the SSL certificate installed.

I would like someone who has good english and can give an estimate of cost for this (also an hourly rate for other work) and also possibly be able to continue working with you if you have coding abilities and can solve wordpress issues and make things fly :)
