prestashop bug fixes & minor mods

existing PrestaShop 1.5.6.0

Please fix the following things.

1. shipping price accuracy – up to 2 hours

2. sales tax issue –1 hour

3. checkout upgrade CHECK OUT or CONTINUE TO SHOP – 2 hours

4. USA states are missing in client register and check out pages . fix this. 2 hours

5. configure/test Google Merchant – 1 hour

Total hours 7 hours

1. shipping price accuracy -The website give shipping prices from UPS. UPS module is installed. But it does not seems to be working. I created a test product. And tried to checkout, to see how much shipping it would charge. The price was approximately $7 for shipping. I increased the item size and weight, and it still shows $7. His means the UPS module is not working correctly, because not matter how big or heavy an item, it shows the same prices. find the issue, and fix it, and verify that it is fixed. the price must dynamically change according to live data from UPS in accordance to size and weight.

2. sales tax issue – the cart needs to charge clients from state of California tax. It is not. I checked this page and it says floorida. This is probably why. Issue is that this screen does not give an option to change the state. Maybe you have to do it from the DB directly. so either fix it from the DB or fix the setting page so it shows the state selection option. and then try to check out and make sure it is charging tax. When you checkout, use this address 5555 topanga canyon Blvd. city: Canoga park state California zip code 91303. Make sure you see tax being charged 9%.

3. checkout upgrade CHECK OUT or CONTINUE TO SHOP- currently when you add a product to the cart, there is no indication that am item was added to cart. So let’s do 1 one of 2 things.

A. upgrade so when you add an item to the cart. The screen turns dark, and shows a box that says. “Your Item Has Been Added to Your Cart” with 2 buttons under it. “Continue Shopping” “Check Out”

or

B. when you add an item to cart, the top right you get a drop down.. animation that shows items are added to cart, with a checkout option. NOTE THE POPUP MUST APPEAR SOON AS THE VISITOR CLICKS ON ADD TO CART, SO IT GETS THEIR ATTENTION.

There may be existing free modules you can download..

4. make sure all USA states show in all needed pages of registration and checkout

[login to view URL] google check out module. And make sure on every page you can see the Google Checkout Option

- working hours - USA hours preffered

- must have cellphone for emergency

- must have skype with voice calling ( i will call you to talk to you before hiring you)

- must be able to work remotely via Teamviewer (when requested)

- must have a stable fast internet / electrical power

- must speak basic English
