Colour coded X,Y scatter plots with square markers

Need python to read in text file of X,Y,Z and plot X,Y scatter plot with each point coloured according to to the Z value. A suitable colour map will be used. Each X,Y point will have a square marker. The marker size should be adjustable so that the squares are all just touching. The plot should have X,Y axes at 1:1 scale (i.e. a square). There will be many text files to convert to plots - each plot needs to be the same size, plot range, etc (regardless of differences in input data). Each plot needs to be output in high quality (high resolution) jpg (or similar) format (all at same size). Each plot needs a title.
