require 10 links will break down into

As discussed currently by email.
Links must be targetted to each of the 3 websites (that i send to you) from the specified above categories of websites and related websites on the above categories ONLY. (so only dating links to the dating site etc)
I will need the above links to promote 3 websites of mine. Anchor text and URLs will be provided for each of the 3 sites upon successful start of the project. Your quote will be for the price for the whole project.
- Links must be from english language sites relevant to our websites i.e. ONLY from the above stated themed and relevant websites.
- Links must be permanent (If any links are removed before 6 months, they are to be replaced by you the supplier free of charge.)
- No paid / rented links.
- No African, Indian, Russian, Chinese IP address will be accepted, 80% of the links should be from UK class IP addresses.
- UK sites and .[url removed, login to view] domains preferred although not mandatory.
- Page where link is placed must be a minimum of a PR2 and above for the linking page!
- One link per IP address. No more than 1 links from the same C class IP
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [url removed, login to view] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- Link must be static html that is search engine friendly. (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) No redirects, JavaScript links, links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- Links from websites that already contain a link to our sites will not be counted.
- Links from directories, articles, blog comments, forums, classifieds and guestbooks will not be accepted.
This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too. - No Directories, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Links must contain key words and anchor text that will be supplied
- Link Page should be navigated to from the site's homepage.
- No text to mention the links are paid links.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted
- Linking page should have no more than 50 outbound links on it
- Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and Not under Construction)
- Alexa rank of the donor site less than 10mln
- Commencement of link posting can be immediate.
- Link page will ALREADY be indexed and RECENTLY (within last 2mths) cached by Google.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
- You will provide in excel/csv format with the following information for each link ascertained:

---link Url,
---anchor text used,
---Number of links on page,
---the class c ip address of that domain,
---date the page was last cached,
---age of the domain,
---google's Page Rank of that page.
