DUTIES
Develop and implement search engine optimization strategies that increase our websites' visibility across all search engines
Prepare 6-12 month SEO plans for clients and support new business team in preparing SEO strategies
Research SEO keywords and be proficient with SEO Tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz
Understand link building, FTP, CMS, analytics tracking, keyword research and content related recommendations
Development of SEO performance reports demonstrating improved metrics to the campaign management team and in some cases directly to the client
Collaborate with other team members within the business to manage overall business strategies
SKILLS | EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in all facets of SEO, preferably within an agency environment
Sound understanding of modern search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Proficient in Google analytics
You compile and analyse information making it easy to make data-driven decisions
Project and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and highly motivated
You possess a growth mindset and loving solving issues
Generally speaking, you always see the glass half full
