Opencart Ecommerce Fix/Problem Solve - Checkout not working

I have an online shop [login to view URL]
The OPENCART shop works ok apart from the checkout page has a bug.
Some users can not finish a transaction. The buttons on the check out page sometimes stall and won’t let the user continue. If your slow it normally works ok (ish) if you double click button it is more likely to lock up.
I have installed a fresh copy un edited and it still does the same.
I need someone to fix this bug so the shopping cart works correctly. Payment only if problem is solved.
Applicant must have a good knowledge of opencart opensource, Ajax, and servers amongst other related skills

I had another developer try and fix this. He slowed down the ajax loading... but this has still not fixed the bug.
Payment only on succesfully fixing of the problem and shop must be in full working order.
