create a basic interface to navigate around a 3D model on a website

I have a 3D model of a yacht and would like to be able to embed a control panel so that i can navigate to different points on and in the boat. A button to grey out the exterior to show the interior decks like an x-ray, a drop down menu with a tab for each deck (there are 3) which when pressed greys out the other two decks and a way of having hot spots in multiple areas on each deck where it will 'zoom in' to a more detailed model or that room/area. A final button will be required to return to the full model.
the interface should be intuitive and discreet.
The interface must be able to communicate to blend4web produced html5/json files. Knowledge of WebGL is essential with Blend4web/Blender a particular bonus.
