Reporting Services Configuration Manager / Unattended Role Creator

I need a report server configured. Most of the work looks like it's about done. I've had a guy who is on Day 3 of working really hard trying to Reporting Services to setup unattended reports. The only thing is I need these reports automated before the end of this weekend. I'm sure this guy will figure it out and complete the task eventually. But I really need someone who knows how to configure a report server and just get it done. I think we are close.
I want to get subscriptions setup so I can send automated reports. And I think for someone who knows how to do this should be a very easy and quick task.
My environment is: Windows 7 Pro, SQL Server 2012, I am going to want the SMTP server configured so I can send the actual reports to emails and that's it. You come in configure the service accounts, configure whatever settings are not completed you show me it works, I pay you right away.
I think someone is going to have to setup some unattended accounts. Give them access to the server so they can run these reports for reporting services.
If you feel confident you can complete the job and do it in a reasonable amount of time.
