Job Advert: Communication Officer (Arabic/English) - Elbyan for Quran Teaching

If so, Elbyan for Quran Teaching is looking for a Communication Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining effective communication with students, ensuring their progress and attendance, as well as handling regular email communications. Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with students in Arabic and English, providing support and guidance as necessary.

- Follow up on student attendance and progress, ensuring they are meeting their learning objectives.

- Send regular email communications to students, keeping them informed about upcoming events, schedules, and important updates.

- Collaborate with instructors and administrators to gather relevant information and ensure accurate communication.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of student records and update it regularly.

- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance student engagement and overall satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in Islamic subjects to effectively address student inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Profound knowledge of Islamic subjects to effectively engage with students and respond to their queries.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately track student attendance and progress.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Punctual and dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

- Proficiency in email communication and familiarity with relevant software and tools.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

Salary:

- Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

- Payment will be on an hourly basis.
