I am looking at creating an animation to explain instructions after a tooth has been extracted.
For example the instructions may be:
no smoking and no alcohol for 24 hours
hot salty mouth washes from the following day for about a week.
etc
I would want to show this in animation if possible and for example the salty washes to make clear not to gargle but bathe where the tooth has been removed until the water cools and then spit out
I would also need a voice over

something like the advice given in this video but in an animation form. It would need to be in a format so that I can add the video into a website and that can be played on phones as well and also in a format to be able to have this edited in the future if need be.
I would like to have included corrections etc until happy and would need satisfaction guaranteed
In terms of the length of the video, need to ensure that all the points are clearly covered
I will also need a non disclosure form completed and to have all rights over the video
