Highly Professional Animation Team Needed

Firstly I do not want just any FREELANCER.
This is a 4-5minutes animation.
I am looking for a highly professional creative team that will give ideas and not people asking me what to do this is highly important.
The project is a seaport and vessel cargo delivery project which means. The vessel picks cargo from a port, sails on water to another port and then off loads to a smaller barge before it is delivered.
I will be needing animators with excellent story telling skills, superb animation and most of all creative.
I will be purchasing 3d models of vessels, ocean, trucks,etc. What will be required for modeling is environment, ports, etc. So all the detailed models will be purchased. Rendering is high quality 2k or 4k preferably. Duration is 3 weeks.
