Vbulletin Login Script - Account Sharing Prevention

I am wanting a login script which will allow 1 person to be logged into vbulletin with that username for example

1. JOE LOGS INTO VBULLETIN FROM PC 1

2 JOE LOGS INTO VBULLETIN FROM PC2

pc1 will be immediately logged out of the site, so that alot of different people can not use the subscription at the same time.

I would like it so that the account can be logged in from any ip around the world but just more than 1 login per user at a time.
