Bengali male voice artist

I'm looking for a male voice artist. you need to be able to deliver voice with emotion, as per script's dialogues for 2-3 characters. There should not be any background noise as well as no breaths or pop sounds. There will be regular jobs every month for the right freelancer.
Budget: 400rs/1000 words
Time: 24hrs for each script.
