Need Someone To Modify Some .htaccess Code

So I have a htaccess code that is a RewriteRule but the way it is written right now it can only work for 1 domain name, and I need someone to modify it for me so it can work for multiple doman names by either breaking the condition and making it so I can make another RewriteRule for the next domain name or a universal RewriteRule for all. I would prefer the 2nd version if possible
