480506 multiple 1 page websites designed localized SEO and SEM

I need someone to help with wording on main page which is only a few pages deep.

1. Website analysis/assessment;

2. Create new optimized wording and content related to my business

3. metas (on-page optimization);

4. Writing metas (good meta title, descriptions, alt tags to images) for webpages based on keywords, local target;

5. Building sitemap for your website; submission of sitemap

6. Robot txt.

I already created a list of 180+ keywords for use along with city related ones.

Then I have 23 new domains that need a one page SEO page including same above. Each of these pages are for a city in my local coverage area.

The pages themselves do not have to all be unique but they will all need to be different enough to make the search engines happy and specifically target the city in their domain names.

Each of the pages will need the same SEO requirements as above and be all interlinked and also aimed at the main hub company page.

Each of the 23 pages will have a form for customers to fill out and the info be emailed to me.( There is forms on the main site and graphics you can use or create your own.)

Lastly each of the new 23 pages needs to be submitted to the main search engines, local directories, and local map areas for their respective cities.

Make sure you have read and understand the entirety of this project and are able to complete each part without issues.

I do not want tricks - I want clean code for long term results.
