Convert a Template to a Website

*** I would like to know if you have prior experience with ENGINETHEMES specifically FreelancerEngine and would like to see your works.

1. I am using Freelancer Engine Theme and All related plugins from EngineThemes ([url removed, login to view]). I need customization to Freelancer Theme based on the following general instruction. I will provide detailed instruction when selecting the developer

2. Project: Online Bidding Platform: employers are homeowners and freelancers are Engineers, Contractors, design-build companies.

3. Status: I have purchased plugins and themes and have changed some settings and added extra fields and etc. now I need someone that completes and finishes the job so we can launch.

4. Roles of users:

-Engineer (freelancer)

-Contractor (freelancer)

-design-build company (freelancer)

-Homeowner (employer)

*Each role enter specific and different information during signup for their profiles

5. Charging approach for Freelancers

-Bid $/project

-BidPlus $$/project

-BidPro $$/project

*The amount we charge is different depending on the role

*We also collect/record extra information from freelancers on the Bid selection page for each project. Type of information depends on the role of freelancer

6. Charging Employers

*During signup we have 1 time fees:

-Free plan

-Standard Plan

-WisePlan

7. General Explanation:

*As you might guess, I would like to apply limitations to users account based on

Role

-Freelancer’s bidding plan

-Employers account type (free/standard/premium)

-I also would like to modify the some default behavior of the theme to reveal/hide information in a conditional manner.
