Webdesigners needed

I'm assembling a group of reliable contacts from over the globe to design websites that I have to outsource. Accepting designers from anywhere, US, India, Romania, newhere. As long as you are very responsive to emails I'll consider you. Please provide a good portfolio in design. I'm not so worried about your programming skills, mainly your ability to incorporate good graphics with good html coding so it looks nice and professional. The team accepted will be doing websites for various types of websites such as Real estate, clubs, churches, information websites, music band websites.. Must be experienced in Flash, HTML and photoshop..

Youll be paid roughly 75-200 for a website. I will be taking a maximum of 5 designers.
