Automate data entry - Add Inventory from Access db to a Web Site

I need to add some data pulled from a local access db to a web site. This has to be done automatically via an app and not manually.(you will create an app that adds items from a local access db to an existing web form using a web bot): 1) Choose Create New Item ??" Click on GO: 2) Enter data from Access db into the input form of the web site: 3) Click on "SAVE as NEW Item" 4) Web page confirms the addition of this item, extract that item and then post to the corresponding field in Access db 5) Move to NEXT record see attached Notes: 1. Coder must test about 1200 records with app for debugging. 2. I prefer the app shows me what is going on, so in effect it will be running on my pc just as if someone is entering data directly to the web form. 3. I prefer code in VB in any version but I am open for other options if coder prefers. 4. Exact source of the html form that app needs to fill and submit is attached. Bonus OPTION: $150 if finished in 48 hours and tested and bug free $100 if finished in 72 hours and tested and bug free

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
