Audition Form

We want to automate as much on audition applications, so here is what we require.

1. An online application form (already designed)

2. Application data will go to the office (email) and (as much as possible) automatically enter into the data base (an Excel spreadsheet),

3. Response (email) will go back to the applicant filling out the form

4. Some logic based on the applicant data will recommend the office who should audition the applicant,

5. payment system that can collect the application fee,

6. automatic scheduling system that allows the application to choose his/her time slot for audition.

All these sound quite complicated, but for what we need the work is actually quite simple. The form based on what the office needs is already built
