Changes made to a Wordpress website

I need to have these changes made to a Wordpress site:
1. In the header bar (where the main nav buttons are) put my logo flush left, followed by one line of type: “Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers” (without the quote marks). Make this type a burgundy color that matches the color in the logo as closely as possible. This header should appear on all pages.
2. Remove the small logo and the line of type “Professional book editing, etc.,” at the top of the Blog page.
3. I need to have page title tags on every page:
The Home page html title tag should be: "Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The About Me page title tag should be "Information about Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Services page title tag should be "Services information for Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Getting Started page title tag should be "Information about Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Testimonials page title tag should be "Testimonials for Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Portfolio page title tag should be "Information about Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Contact Me page title tag should be "Contact information for Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
The Blog page title tag should be "Blog for Thayer Literary Services: Professional book editing for fiction and nonfiction writers."
