Need google tag manage set up on my wordpress for google ads and analytics

I have a wordpress website for my commercial cleaning business. The website just has some brief information with some "contact us" buttons that take you to a page to enter your contact information and submit. I need my Google Ads and Google Analytics setup so that I can track conversions for when someone submits their information. I would also appreciate you to look at my Google Ads campaign and let me know if there is anything that I should fix
