Removal of Malware from wordpress website

The task is to remove the malware that infected my websites ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). The websites are on the same server/hosted together and are currently offline, the code can only be accessed by FTP. Only the site [login to view URL] is infected. The hosting-provider ([login to view URL]) has given me a list of the malware that needs to be removed/resolved.
The website is not very complex - it is in wordpress - it is a financial newsletter, with about 20 pages. My personal page is even less complex, it displays only images and text on 10 pages.
The file size is about 1.4 GB.
The task is to clean all files from the malware and to upload it again that it functions.
Further, a free (or low budget) effective antivir plug-in needs to be installed.
