360 VR - Responsive Background for Wordpress - Magic Window Effect (Must work on Desktop/Mobile) -- 2

Need a web background effect that can be used with Wordpress utilizing this same effect as used for the backgrounds at [login to view URL] - also another example of this effect can be seen at [login to view URL]

Asking for help with building a plugin or way to integrate this effect to my website as a fullscreen background effect that is responsive. The effect must behave same as at [login to view URL] reference.

Final work must have these following requirements:

1. 360 Background works on desktop by using mouse position (known as no-look controls)

2. 360 Background must work w/ gyro/accelerometer on mobile phone when you spin the phone, background must move w/ phone rotation

3. When mouse hover stops after sudden move, the camera rotation must ease itself to a stop (as in the reference at [login to view URL])

4. Canvas and Camera orientation MUST NOT RESET to 0,0 if the mouse moves outside of the browser window, the orientation should come to an ease in that direction, and not automatically slowly return to 0,0 with cam orientation.
