Troubleshoot and Repair Stripe Online Payments

Payments made on our website have stopped processing with Stripe. We are unsure why. Currently we receive an email notification from our website that a payment has been made but the payment data is not received or processed by Stripe.
Project:
1. Identify problem between website and stripe for payments
2. Repair one-time/monthly payment function
3. Ensure both our website and stripe continue to send us payment notifications
Everything on this site is already built, and monthly and one-time payments were working at one time. Somehow an error has occurred. The project is to identify and repair the error.
The site:
1. The site is hosted on Wordpress
2. Stripe is our payment processor
Freelancer will need to provide an email so we can create admin/developer access to both wordpress and stripe.
