1. About us

Founded in 2020, we began with physical unmanned stores that are open 24/7. We are currently in a phase of rapid expansion and have recently developed a new business concept in which we offer exclusive products to minibars. Our primary customers are in the hotel and tourism industries.

We are about to introduce a new product designed for our customers. The product will consist of a mini-tube or mini-box containing individually wrapped loose candies of approx.100 grams candy that our clients can display in their hotel room minibars.

We are therefore looking for a graphic designer to help us with the design of the artwork on the product itself.

2. Project description
2.1 Introduction
We are launching an exciting new project to create exclusive packaging for mini tube candies destined for placement in hotel minibars. Our objective is to design a product that exudes luxury and exclusivity, complementing the premium nature of the environments they will inhabit.

2.2 Project overview:
We require a creative and visually captivating artwork design for mini tubes that will contain individually wrapped candies. The tubes will be produced in China, and your design will be integral to the appeal and success of the final product.

2.3 Design Requirements:

2.3.1 Luxury and Exclusivity: The design should embody luxury and exclusivity, matching the high standards of the premium hotels where the mini tubes will be placed.

2.3.2 Hotel Branding Incorporation: The design should incorporate the hotel’s branding elements, such as logos, color schemes, and any patterns or motifs used by the hotel. These specifics will be provided upon confirmation of the project.

2.3.3 Comprehensive Coverage: The artwork should cover the entire surface area as specified in the provided template.

2.3.4 Labeling Space: Include designated areas for necessary labeling information such as ingredients and manufacturer details, which will be specified as the project progresses.

2.4 Deliverables:

2.4.1 Initial Artwork Mockup: Create an initial design mockup adhering to the requirements and using the provided template. This mockup will be reviewed by our client for feedback, which will guide the subsequent revisions.

2.4.2 Final Artwork Files: Based on client feedback, revise the design to produce the final artwork. Deliver this in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF (.pdf), and Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) formats.

2.5 Feedback and Revisions:

Be prepared to engage in a collaborative process involving multiple iterations based on client feedback to ensure the design aligns perfectly with their expectations.
