Dear Freelancers,

To generate a stroboscopic light effect using LED bulbs, I am looking for about 10-25 prototypes of the driving board in a ready to use box, possibly more depending on costs and timelines.

Why? We develop animated vinyl records using stroboscopic flash light to generate the desired effect. Software and control board design have been successfully achieved by two great freelancers and we now move to the pre-production step, very exiting!

Important for me when you reply is:
- Costs
- How many units
- Timelines
- Shipping fees estimate

The box should ideally not be too large, light and sealed.

On the outside the needs are:
- Standard 2.1 mm female DC connector/plug for the power supply (110-240v AC input, 12v DC output with roughly 2A and 20W)
- Main on/off switch
- A female plug for the output (LED will be 18W or less) and corresponding male plug I can fix to the LED wire
- Access to the voltage regulator controlling the flash frequency that won't be used much once set to the right value (it should either accessible through a hole with a small screwdriver, or a small knob on the box).

The detailed drawings will of course be made available.

T1 IRF Z44N Use heat sink for T1

VR1 10 K Use 10 turn pot (Bourns 3296) or equivalent

C1 1 uF 25 volts
C2 0.01 uF
DC1 0.1 uF

U1 NE555

Kindly confirm which Arduino you will use in the enclosure is it Mega (which is Big) or Nano (which is the smallest) or UNO (which is in between the 2 sizes)? this will also Determine the Final Size (and cost too)
