Today, I am choosing to pivot to work remotely as a customer service agent because it will give me the greatest flexibility to achieve my personal goals while exploring multiple other avenues. I have worked in a leadership position within the culinary industry as a shift supervisor, ensuring that employees shifts are covered at all times so that the business can serve clients without disruptions. My responsibilities included coordinating shift schedules, ensuring inventory management and giving daily reports to the management team on different needs and issues. This taught me the importance of collaborative and team work, which I am looking forward to applying within your company. I have also worked as a mobile sales agent for 2 years within the tech industry, where I was in charge of connecting clients with phone services on an on-demand basis. Through this experience, I was able to learn how to deal with difficult customers, understanding clients needs and delivering excellent performances.
